Five takeaways:
1. The heart of creating a premium product is really understanding what the consumer wants, really understanding the people that we're serving.
2. We spend a lot of time and effort in AG trying to make sure that we have the right potato, and we're growing them in the right way. We're also looking into what is the next best new premium potato.
3. Multiple levels for consistency: R&D has to design things in a manner that allows our operations, our manufacturing team to be successful and to deliver that consistent quality every single day. QA has the specs to give a target to act against.
4. Innovation is how we stay premium, and it's not just in the newest product. We have to stay ahead of the curve in all three areas: Product, Package & Process.
5. We have a packaging lab - it is a way to improve packaging and save costs while pushing the limits.
